Monday, 21st February 2011

Multiple stakes-winning Arrowfield Stud stallion Not A Single Doubt (Redoute's Choice-Singles Bar, by Rory's Jester) added a juvenile black-type success (& 4th individual stakes-winner) when daughter Single Spice (Not A Single Doubt-Zaffron Gal, by Galileo) scored by a nose against the males in the $80,000 Listed Supremacy Stakes (1100m) for 2YOs at Ascot. Single Spice (ridden by Peter Knuckey for trainer Simon Miller) defeated fellow filly Red Hot Sax (Saxon-Lonicera, by Chanteclair) & the gelding Don't Give A Star (Startac-Bellzao, by Alzao).
