Therock Retired To Stud

Valuable Fastnet Rock 4YO entire Therock (Fastnet Rock-Bumps, by Scenic) has been retired in preparation for a stud career. Trained by Gerald Ryan, Therock finished 4th in the $200,000 Wyong Slipper (1000m) on debut. In his only other starts as a 2YO he placed at Canterbury before finishing a close 4th in the Listed Anzac Day Stakes at Flemington (1410m). Therock won twice at metropolitan level from his only 3 runs as a 3YO. From the debut crop of Fastnet Rock, he was a $370,000 weanling at the 2007 Magic Millions National Sale. A decision on where he will stand on debut & a fee have yet to be decided.
