Monday, 28th February 2011

Deceased former Widden Stud shuttler Anabaa (Danzig-Balbonella, by Gay Mecene) added a NZ juvenile group success when favoured Australian-bred daughter Anabandana (Anabaa-Great Notice, by Nureyev) scored a 1.75-lengths victory in the NZ$100,000 Gr2 Matamata Breeders' Stakes (1200m) for 2YO fillies at Matamata.
