Only Conduit Foal Outside Japan Born At Runnymede
Friday, 18th March 2011
In Kentucky "what is believed to be the only foal outside Japan by 2-time Gr1 Breeders' Cup Turf winner Conduit (Dalakhani-Well Head, by Sadler's Wells) was delivered at Catesby Clay's Runnymede Farm", reported bloodhorse.com. The filly is out of Irish-bred Danehill mare Josette. Conduit (who stands at Big Red Farm on the island of Hokkaido in Japan) also won both the UK Gr1 King George VI And Queen Elizabeth II Stakes & UK Gr1 St Leger Stakes. Conduit was also 2008 US Champion Turf Male & a 3-time high-weight in England.
