Wyong Seeks Amalgamation With Licensed Club

Wyong Race Club "has been granted a registered clubs licence & is seeking expressions of interest from other licensed clubs interested in amalgamation" reported racenet.com.au. The club "met with staff on Tuesday morning & with trainers yesterday morning to inform them of the decision" & "intends holding an information meeting with members & other interested parties shortly". WRC chairman Rod Wicks said seeking expressions of interest was "simply the 1st step in the process".
