Multiple Gr1-winning shuttler & former star Australian sprinter Choisir (Danehill Dancer-Great Selection, by Lunchtime) added a juvenile black-type success (& 30th individual stakes-winner) when favoured daughter Manhattan Maid (Choisir-Take Manhattan, by Marauding) scored by a long-head in yesterday's $100,000 Listed Dequetteville Stakes (1100m) for 2YO fillies at Morphettville. Manhattan Maid (ridden by Ben Melham for trainer Darren Weir) defeated Light Touch (Charge Forward-Exhibit, by Octagonal) & Secret Status (King Cugat-Change Of Class, by Masterclass).
