11 Aust-Bred Winners In Singapore

In a stellar weekend performance in Singapore, 8 other Australian-bred gallopers (in addition to Rocket Man, Gingerbread Man & Mr Big) also scored at Kranji:

  • 3YO gelding Cash Dot Com (Hussonet-Alcazaba, by Flying Spur) won over 1200m for Desmond Koh. Cash Dot Com was a $65,000 yearling consigned by Widden Stud at the Magic Millions Premier Sale on the Gold Coast.
  • 4YO gelding Good Striker (Monashee Mountain-Dizzy Dame, by Umatilla) won over 1000m for trainer Michael Clements. Good Striker was a $8,000 yearling at the 2008 Magic Millions Summer Sale & subsequently a $67,500 2YO at the 2008 Magic Millions Queensland Horses-In-Training Sale.
  • 4YO gelding Magic Moxie (El Moxie-Private Time, by Pirate Army) won over 1200m for trainer Hai Wang Tan. Magic Moxie was an $18,000 weanling consigned by Kedarona Stud at the 2007 Inglis Great Southern Sale & subsequently a $22,000 yearling at the 2008 Inglis Melbourne Premier Sale.
  • 3YO gelding Ravoux (Fomalhaut-Prognosticate, by Volksraad) won over 1200m for Australian trainer Steven Burridge.
  • 3YO gelding Travertine (Rock Of Gibraltar-Fetes Galantes, by Brave Warrior) won over 1600m for trainer David Hill. Travertine was a $70,000 yearling consigned by Coolmore Stud as agent at the 2009 Magic Millions Premier Sale.
  • 5YO gelding Aspen Heights (Viscount-Merriang Road, by Persian Heights) won over 1600m for trainer Bruce Marsh. Aspen Heights was a $120,000 yearling at the 2007 Magic Millions Premier Sale on the Gold Coast.
  • 4YO gelding Flying Fulton (Flying Spur-Fulton, by Zabeel) won over 1400m for trainer Mark Walker. Flying Fulton was passed-in as a yearling for NZ$90,000 at the 2008 NZ Bloodstock Premier Sale & subsequently sold as a 2YO for NZ$210,000 at the NZ Bloodstock Ready-To-Run Sale.
  • 3YO gelding Excavator (Happy Giggle-Happy Bouquet, by Last Tycoon) won over for trainer Mok Zhan Lun. Excavator was a $10,000 yearling consigned by Erinvale Thoroughbreds at the 2009 Magic Millions Adelaide Sale.
