So You Think Wins Irish Gr1 Tattersalls Gold Cup
Dual Derby-winning shuttler & 6-time Gr1 victor High Chaparral (Sadler's Wells-Kasora, by Darshaan) added a Gr1 triumph overnight when Australian 5-time Gr1-winning 4YO entire So You Think (High Chaparral-Triassic, by Tights) added a European Gr1 success with a 4.5-lengths victory in Ireland's €210,000 (A$292,000) Gr1 Tattersalls Gold Cup (10.5 furlongs) for 4YOs & up at The Curragh. So You Think (ridden by Ryan Moore for trainer Aidan O'Brien) defeated US-bred 6YO entire Campanologist (Kingmambo-Ring Of Music, by Sadler's Wells) & UK-bred 6YO entire Famous Name (Dansili-Fame At Last, by Quest For Fame). At his previous start, So You Think returned from a 6-months spell to win his European debut by 10-lengths in Ireland's Gr3 Mooresbridge Stakes (10 furlongs) at The Curragh on May 2.
