Canada Yearlings Day-1: C$100k Bold Executive Colt
Thursday, 8th September 2011
In the Canadian auction ring, Danny Dion's Bear Stables paid top price of C$100,000 for a colt by Canada's perennial leading sire Bold Executive (out of stakes-winning Alwuhush mare Honolulu Gold) during the opening session at the 3-day Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society’s Canadian-bred Yearling Sale (2 select sessions & 1 general session) at the Woodbine Sales Pavilion in Toronto. The colt (a half-brother to stakes-winner Classic Case) was consigned by Richard Hogan as agent.
