King Saul Wins Belgravia Stakes

Western Australia's Touchstone Farm-based Gr2-winning & Gr1-placed stallion Flying Pegasus (Fusaichi Pegasus-Cashier, by Danehill) added a black-type success when his unbeaten colt King Saul (Flying Pegasus-Zenda, by Zabeel) scored a 1.25-lengths victory in the $80,000 Listed Belgravia Stakes (1200m) for 3YOs at Ascot. King Saul (ridden by Shaun O’Donnell for trainer Trevor Andrews) defeated the fillies Flying Affair (Heritage-Xaaffair, by Xaar) & Almachino (Al Maher-Zecchino, by Fairy King). King Saul (a $120,000 yearling consigned by Namerik Thoroughbreds at the 2010 Magic Millions Perth Sale) took his record to 2 wins from 2 starts for $101,450 earnings.
