US Sire Offlee Wild Moves To Pin Oak Lane

US Gr1-winning 11-year-old stallion Offlee Wild (Wild Again-Alvear, by Seattle Slew) has moved from Sheikh Mohammed’s Darley in Kentucky to Pin Oak Lane Farm in Pennsylvanis, where he will stand in 2012 for US$4,000 reported bloodhorse.com. Offlee Wild was US leading sire of 2YOs (by progeny earnings) as a freshman sire in 2009, when his daughter She Be Wild (winner of that year’s Gr1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies) was voted Champion 2YO Filly (she earned a career total of US$1,355,540). From 3 crops of racing age, Offlee Wild has sired 13 stakes-horses & the earners of more than US$5.2 million. On the track himself, Offlee Wild won the Gr1 Suburban Handicap over 10 furlongs, Gr2 Massachusetts Handicap over 9 furlongs & Gr3 Excelsior Handicap over 9 furlongs & Gr3 Holy Bull Stakes over 8 furlongs, plus placed in the Gr1 Blue Grass Stakes over 9 furlongs.
