Arqana February Mixed: $105k Nickelle
Tuesday, 14th February 2012
In the French auction ring overnight, Thierry Delegue's YES Agency paid top price of €85,000 (A$105,000) for stakes-winning 9YO mare Nickelle (Sagamix-N'avoue Jamais, by Marignan) during the Arqana February Mixed Sale at Deauville. Nickelle (consigned by Haras de Victot as part of the Sylvie Wildenstein dispersal) is a great-granddaughter of Wildenstein's foundation mare Neomenie.
