Cityscape (ridden by James Doyle for trainer Roger Charlton) defeated Irish-bred 4YO entire Mutahadee (Encosta De Lago-Mosaique Bleue, by Shirley Heights) & US-bred 6YO gelding City Style (City Zip-Brattothecore, by Katahaula County). Cityscape took his record to 6 wins (also including 2011's French Gr3 Prix Perth over 1600m at Saint-Cloud & Irish Gr3 Solonaway Stakes over 8 furlongs at The Curragh, plus 2010's UK Gr3 Joel Stakes over 8 furlongs at Newmarket & UK Listed Superior Mile over 8 furlongs at Haydock) & 6 placings (including 2011's Hong Kong Gr1 International Mile over 1600m at Sha Tin, Italian Gr1 Premio Vittorio di Capua over 1600m at San Siro, UK Gr1 Queen Anne Stakes over 8 furlongs at Royal Ascot & UK Gr2 Sandown Mile over 8 furlongs at Sandown Park, plus 2010's UK Listed Britain's Got Talent Paradise Stakes over 8 furlongs at Ascot & 2009's UK Gr3 Greenham Stakes over 7 furlongs at Newbury, as well as 2008's UK Gr2 Royal Lodge Stakes over 8 furlongs at Ascot) from 17 starts for US$4,002,997 earnings.
