Metal Bender Out Of Sydney Carnival
Tuesday, 17th April 2012
Trainer Chris Waller advised Racing NSW that 6YO gelding Metal Bender (Danasinga-Jacqwin, by Bluebird) who won this month's Gr1 George Ryder Stakes (1500m) at Rosehill at his latest start is out of the 2012 Sydney Carnival & will head to the spelling paddock as a precautionary measure, "after heat was detected in his front legs" following track-work yesterday morning.
