Galileo Adds UK Black-Type 1

Former Coolmore shuttler & Gr1 English Derby winner Galileo (Sadler's Wells-Urban Sea, by Miswaki) added a UK black-type success (& 3rd-placing) when Juddmonte Farms home-bred colt Noble Mission (Galileo-Kind, by Danehill) who is a full-brother to 5-time Gr1-winning unbeaten 4YO entire & 2011's top-rated international horse Frankel, notched his 2nd successive win with victory by a neck in the £40,000 (A$60,000) Listed Newmarket Stakes (10 furlongs) for 3YO colts & geldings at Newmarket. Noble Mission (ridden by Tom Queally for trainer Sir Henry Cecil) defeated Irish-bred colt Mariner's Cross (Dubawi-Trilemma, by Slip Anchor) & another colt Michelangelo (Galileo-Intrigued, by Darshaan). Noble Mission now has 2 wins & a runner-up from 3 starts for £28,725 (A$43,000) earnings.
