Dubawi Adds German Gr3

In Germany overnight, triple Gr1-winning former Darley shuttler Dubawi (Dubai Millennium-Zomaradah, by Deploy) added a group success when Irish-bred 5YO entire & former Derby Italiano winner Worthadd (Dubawi-Wigman, by Rahy) returned from a 7-months spell to score a 2.5-lengths victory in the €55,000 (A$68,000) Gr3 Badener Meile (1600m) at Baden-Baden. Worthadd (ridden by Mirco Demuro for trainer Sir Mark Prescott) defeated fellow 5YO entires Neatico (Medicean-Nicola Bella, by Sadler's Wells) & Sir Oscar (Mark Of Esteem-Sintenis, by Polish Precedent). Worthadd took his record to 9 wins (also including 2011's Italian Gr2 Premio Carlo Vittadini over 1600m at San Siro, plus 2010's Italian Gr2 Premio Ribot over 1600m at The Capannelle, Gr2 Derby Italiano over 2200m at The Capannelle, Gr3 Premio Parioli over 1600m at The Capannelle & Listed Premio Gardone over 1600m at San Siro) & 3 placings (including 2011's UK Gr1 Lockinge Stakes over 8 furlongs at Newbury & 2010's Italian Gr1 Premio Vittorio Di Capua over 1600m at San Siro) from 14 starts.
