1st Winner For Gr1 Star & French Freshman Linngari

Also in France, dual Gr1-winning Irish-bred 10-year-old freshman stallion Linngari (Indian Ridge-Lidakiya, by Kahyasi) recorded his 1st winner when 2YO filly La Sainte Helene (Linngari-Arakiss, by Showbrook) scored over 1000m at Lyon-Parilly for owner-breeder James Carpentier. Her sire Linngari (who is standing at Haras du Petit Tellier in France this year for a private fee) has 28 2YOs in his 1st crop. On the track, Linngari recorded 11 wins (including the German Gr1 Grosser Dallmayr-Preis Bayerisches Zuchtrennen over 2000m at Munich, Italian Gr1 Premio Vittorio Di Capua over 1600m at San Siro, German Gr2 Goldene Peitsche over 1200m at Baden-Baden, UAE Gr2 Al Fahidi Fort over 1600m at Nad Al Sheba twice, UAE Gr3 Al Rashidiya over 1800m at Nad Al Sheba & UK Listed Superior Mile over 8 furlongs at Haydock) & 6 placings (including the Hong Kong Gr1 International Cup over 2000m at Sha Tin, UK Gr1 Champion Stakes over 10 furlongs at Newmarket, French Gr1 Prix De La Foret over 1400m at Longchamp, UAE Gr1 Dubai Duty Free over 1777m at Nas Al Sheba & Turkish Gr1 Topkapi Trophy over 1600m at Viliefendi) from 29 starts for £1,435,232 (A$2.296m) earnings.
