1st Win For $350k Redoute's Choice Colt
Friday, 15th June 2012
Valuable 2YO colt Sheer Talent (Redoute's Choice-St Katherine, by Barathea) recorded his 1st win (at his 2nd start) with victory over 1412m at Seymour yesterday for trainer Mark Kavanagh. Sheer Talent (a full-brother to Gr3-winner Kittens & half-brother to Gr3-winner Saint Encosta) was a $350,000 yearling consigned by Baramul Stud at the 2011 Magic Millions Gold Coast Sale; in addition his dam St Katherine is a half-sister Gr1-winners Bonanova, Fraternity & Telesto.
