1st Win For Foal From Gr1 Star Rumplestiltskin
Also in Ireland overnight, the latest juvenile from multiple Gr1-winning 9YO mare & former European Champion Juvenile Filly Rumplestiltskin (Danehill-Monevassia, by Mr Prospector) notched her initial racetrack victory when Susan Magnier, Michael Tabor & The Niarchos Family's regally-bred 2YO colt Theatre (Galileo-Rumplestiltskin) scored by 6.5-lengths over 7 furlongs at Leopardstown for trainer Aidan O'Brien. As a 2YO in 2005, Rumplestiltskin won 5 of her 6 starts, including both Ireland's Gr1 Moyglare Stud Stakes (7 furlongs) at The Curragh & France's Gr1 Prix Marcel Boussac (1600m) at Longchamp, as well as Ireland's Gr2 Debutante Stakes (7 furlongs) at The Curragh.
