2nd Winner For US Freshman Sire Spring At Last

Also in Canada, US Gr1-winning 9YO freshman stallion Spring At Last (Silver Deputy-Winter's Gone, by Dynaformer) recorded his 2nd 1st-crop winner when 2YO filly Seaneen Girl (Spring At Last-Afternoon Krystal, by Afternoon Deelites) scored by 5.75-lengths on debut over 4.5 furlongs on all-weather at Woodbine. Seaneen Girl was a US$5,000 yearling at the 2011 Fasig-Tipton Kentucky October Sale. Her sire Spring At Last (whose 1st winner was 2YO colt Cartucho recently in Mexico) stands at WinStar Farm in Kentucky for US$7,500. On the track, Spring At Last (a half-brother to Gr1-winner Sharp Lisa & Gr2-winner Sharp Susan) recorded 5 wins (including the US Gr1 Donn Handicap & UAE Gr2 Godolphin Mile) & 4 placings (including the US Gr1 Malibu Stakes & US Gr2 Strub Stakes) from 13 starts & US$1,139,150 earnings.
