Boom Sires Back In Australia

Last season's runaway champion sire of Australia Fastnet Rock (Danehill-Piccadilly Circus, by Royal Academy) has arrived safely back in Australia after shuttling to Coolmore in Ireland for the northern hemisphere season, according to AAP. Accompanying Fastnet Rock on the flight was New Zealand-bred, globe-trotting superstar So You Think (High Chaparral-Triassic, by Tights) who was retired after pulled muscles in his hindquarters forced the retirement of the 10-time Gr1 winner early last month. The duo will undergo standard quarantine before being prepared for the 2012 breeding season where they will standat Coolmore for $220,000 (Fastnet Rock) & $66,000 (So You Think).
