Fasig-Tipton Saratoga Select Day-2: US$900,000 Dynaformer Filly
On Day-2 of the 2012 Fasig-Tipton Saratoga Select Yearling Sale, Australia's Waratah Thoroughbreds principal Paul Fudge paid US$900,000 for a filly by Americain's sire Dynaformer out of Gr3 winner Super Freaky. From the family of dual classic winner Silver Charm, and consigned by Paramount Sales, the filly was signed for by agent David Ingordo who told thoroughbredtimes.com: "They aren't making any more Dynaformers, so she was special. This is a cornerstone piece, a nice Dynaformer filly that we think can be a stakes horse that can retire to the Waratah broodmare band."
