Airdrie Stud To Stand Gr1 Winner Creative Cause

In the US, Gr1 winner and 4-time Gr1 placed Creative Cause (Giant's Causeway-Dream of Summer, by Siberian Summer) "has been retired to stud duty at Brereton and Elizabeth Jones' Airdrie Stud" to "stand his first season for a fee of US$15,000", reports horseracingnation.com. A debut winner at 2 years, Creative Cause then captured the Gr1 Norfolk Stakes and "concluded his juvenile campaign with a third-place finish in the Gr1 Grey Goose Breeders' Cup Juvenile." From Gr1 Apple Blossom Handicap winner, Dream of Summer, Creative Cause retires with 4 wins (including the Gr2 Best Pal Stakes & Gr2 San Felipe Stakes) & 5 placings (including the Gr1 Del Mar Futurity, Gr1 Santa Anita Derby, Gr1 Preakness Stakes & Gr2 San Vicente Stakes) from 10 starts for earnings of US$1,039,000.
