Multiple Gr1-winning shuttler & former star Australian sprinter Choisir (Danehill Dancer-Great Selection, by Lunchtime) added a Gr3 success when 5YO mare Whateverwhenever (Choisir-Celestia, by Royal Academy) scored by 0.3-lengths for trainer Liam Birchley in the $150,000 Gr3 Moonga Stakes (1400m) for 4YOs+ at Caulfield, over favoured fellow 5YO mare King's Rose (Redoute's Choice-Nureyev's Girl, by Nureyev) & 8YO gelding McClintlock (King Cugat-She's Sweet, by Danzero). Winning for the first time in stakes company, Whateverwhenever (a $40,000 yearling at the 2009 Magic Millions Gold Coast Sale) took her record to 8 wins & 9 placings from 25 starts for $260,690 earnings.
