At Newmarket in the UK, former Eliza Park shuttler Bahamian Bounty (Cadeaux Genereux-Clarentia, by Ballad Rock) added a juvenile success when the filly Fig Roll (Bahamian Bounty-Cake, by Acclamation) scored by 0.75-length for trainer Richard Hannon in the £26,000 Listed Empress Stakes (1200m) for 2YO fillies, over Ventura Mist (Pastoral Pursuits-Kerry's Dream, by Tobougg) & Love In The Desert (Lemon Drop Kid-Jenny Lake, by Danzig). Recording her first stakes success, Fig Roll took her record to 2 wins and 2 placings (including the Listed Fillies' Sprint Stakes at Naas) from 5 starts for £33,505 earnings.
