Rare Galileo 2YO On Bendigo Debut Today

At today's Bendigo meeting in Victoria, an Australian-bred juvenile son of Frankel's world champion sire Galileo (Sadler's Wells-Urban Sea, by Miswaki) is carded to make his debut over 1600m. A NZ$320,000 yearling at the 2012 NZB National Sale at Karaka, where he was knocked down to BBA Ireland's Adrian Nicoll, 2YO colt Synchronised is out of UK-bred Cape Cross daughter Astonish. His grand dam Pizzicato is a half-sister to Hong Kong Gr1 performers Industrialist and Firebolt. Synchronised, who has barrier 3, will be ridden by apprentice Chad Schofield for trainer David Hayes.
