Street Boss Adds US Black-Type

At Monmouth Park in the US, multiple US Gr1-winning sprinter & 8YO freshman shuttler Street Boss (Street Cry-Blushing Ogygian, by Ogygian) added a stakes success when 3YO filly Street Gem (Street Boss-Nesselrode, by Lemon Drop Kid) scored by 1.25-lengths for trainer K.O'Connell in the US$66,000 Listed Desert Vixen Stakes (8.5 furlongs) for 3YO fillies, over fellow fillies Jean's Surprise (Partner's Hero-Famosa, by Quest For Fame) & Coarsegold (Giant's Causeway-Cool Spell, by Grand Slam). This was Street Gem's 2nd black-type win and took her record to 5 wins (including the Listed Monmouth Revidere Stakes) & 2 placings from 10 starts. Street Boss stands for US$15,000 at Jonabell Farm in Kentucky & is shuttling to stand the upcoming Australian breeding season at Darley's Northwood Park in Victoria for $11,000.
