MM Horses In Training Day-2: $220,000 Flying Spur Colt

Thursday, 26th September 2013

Eliza Park International principal Tin Kong Cheng paid the top price of $220,000 at yesterday's second session of the 2013 Magic Millions Horses In Training Sale on the Gold Coast. By retired Arrowfield Stud stallion Flying Spur, the colt is expected to stay in Australia to race. "He's a colt we really liked," Mr Cheng said. "He is by a very successful sire and our team thought he was very athletic." The under-bidders were Macau-based brothers Nicholas and James Moore.
