Oratorio Adds France Gr2

At Longchamp in France, triple European Gr1-winning former Coolmore shuttler & now South African-based sire Oratorio (Danehill-Mahrah, by Vaguely Noble) added a group success when 3YO filly Chalnetta (Oratorio-Aifa, by Johann Quatz) scored by a head for trainer Christophe Ferland in the €250,000 Gr2 Prix de Royallieu (12.5 furlongs) for 3YO+ f&m, over fellow 3YO filly Ebiyza (Rock of Gibraltar-Ebalista, by Selkirk) & 4YO mare Galvaun (Galileo-Pharmacist, by Machiavellian). Chalnetta took her record to 4 wins (including the Listed Bordeaux-Le Bouscat Derby du Midi) & 7 placings (including the Gr2 Prix de Pomone) from 13 starts.
