Wednesday, 23rd October 2013

Bowness Stud shuttler Bullet Train, a three-quarter brother to undefeated world champion racehorse Frankel, will stand at Crestwood Farm near Lexington, Kentucky, for the 2014 northern hemisphere breeding season, reports bloodhorse.com. Bullet Train (Sadler's Wells-Kind, by Danehill) will join Crestwood's roster at a fee of US$7,500. The 6YO stallion previously stood at Wintergreen Stallion Station near Midway, Kentucky. "Bullet Train is a proud addition to the Crestwood Farm stallion roster," said Crestwood's Pope McLean. "As a three-quarter brother to Frankel, Bullet Train offers breeders a unique opportunity to access to a well-made and very talented racehorse who is also one of the best-bred stallions in the world."
