Dubawi & New Approach Fees Increased
Darley has increased the service fees of exciting stallions Dubawi and New Approach following the tremendous performances of their progeny this year, reports bloodstock.racingpost.com. Dubawi (Dubai Millennium-Zomaradah, by Deploy), the sire of triple Gr1 winner Al Kazeem and unbeaten juveniles Al Thakhira, Night Of Thunder and Piping Rock, has had his fee at Dalham Hall Stud increased from £75,000 to £100,000. New Approach (Galileo-Park Express, by Ahonoora), whose exceptional first crop yielded this year's UK Classic winners Dawn Approach and Talent, has had his fee bumped up to £80,000, up by 60 per cent from £50,000 last year. New Approach is also the sire of VRC Oaks favourite May's Dream, who will become his first Australian Gr1 winner should she prove successful in next Thursday's 2500m fillies feature at Flemington. Darley also announced that Authorized, sire of two Gr1 winners in the past month - Complacent and Seal Of Approval – will relocate from Dalham Hall to Haras du Logis in France, while Australian shuttler Helmet will switch from Kildangan to Dalham Hall. Darley's director of stallions Sam Bullard said: "The Darley stallions have had an unprecedented year. Our stallions have sired more Gr1 winners than ever before." Bullard added, "We couldn't be asking any more of Dubawi and New Approach. Both are siring champions and have stallion sons retiring which is testament to their achievements."
