Connections Reject Rich Enuff Offer
Trainer Ken Keys has knocked back a "significant" offer for last Saturday's impressive McKenzie Stakes winner Rich Enuff, a colt that his wife bred and part-owns, reports racingnetwork.com.au. "There is no interest in selling at this stage, I'm going to enjoy the ride for a while," said Keys. "There may be different options as time goes on." Keys said Rich Enuff (Written Tycoon-Hotnuff, by Spartacus) would head to the Danehill Stakes (1200m) at Flemington on 13 September and then to the Caulfield Guineas Prelude before his primary spring target, the $1 million Gr1 Caulfield Guineas (1600m) on 11 October. "I think the Danehill is the ideal race for him before we start stepping him up in distance," he said.
