Michelle Payne's Melbourne Cup Breeches To Be Auctioned

Michelle Payne's Melbourne Cup winning breeches have been donated to the National Jockeys Trust. Payne etched her name into racing folklore when she became the first female jockey in history to win Australia's most famous race when partnering Prince Of Penzance to victory last year. The breeches have been signed by Michelle Payne and authenticated by the Victorian Jockeys Association. This unique memorabilia item will be auctioned at the Call of the Card on Monday (Cup Eve) 31st October 2016 at Palladium at Crown. All proceeds from this item will go towards the National Jockeys Trust. The National Jockeys Trust will accept phone bids.
