Australian Sires Premiership Update

After nearly thirteen weeks of the 2016-17 racing season, Darley's deceased shuttler & Gr1 Dubai World Cup winner Street Cry has opened up a sizable lead at the top of the national sires leader board courtesy of champion mare Winx's stunning Cox Plate victory last week. In second position is Arrowfield's Gr1-winning stallion Snitzel, while Vinery stallion Myboycharlie, the sire of Caulfield Cup winner and Melbourne Cup second favourite Jameka, rounds out the top three. The Top Ten stallion rankings (according to arion.co.nz as at 27 October) are:
