Australian Sires Premiership Update

After nearly thirty two weeks of the 2016-17 racing season, Arrowfield Stud's high profile Gr1-winning stallion Snitzel continues to produce winner after winner to maintain his position at the top of the national sires' leader board with progeny earnings of $8.9 million. Occupying second spot is Coolmore's former champion Australian sire Fastnet Rock with $8.2 million, while Yarraman Park's Gr3-winning stallion I Am Invincible has displaced Street Cry to claim a top three berth with $7.7 million in earnings. According to arion.co.nz, the top 10 ranked stallions in Australia (as of 9 March) are:
